To celebrate the two-year anniversary of The Future of being Human , a new "serendipity" button, a way to continue the conversation using AI, and a roundup of the substack by the numbers
Have you discovered https://sizzledeck.com yet? It’s fun, free and I find it a lovely way to share content in a trackable, user-friendly (think PowerPoint for mobiles) format.
I’m thinking your buttons would work well in there too.
I’m heading to Dubai tomorrow to train some Gulf leaders in Responsible AI so I have just used the Deep Research function to create a dossier on AI Adoption in the Gulf. I’m going to put this behind one of your buttons and within a ‘Welcome’ SizzleDeck. That’s my plan anyway!
Transitioning out of academia for the time being, I've been depending on this newsletter as one of my key tools to keep my finger on the pulse of technology and society, especially for a prescient big-picture perspective on the social and educational consequences of AI advancements, from someone I trust. So, I was thrilled to hear confirmation in this one that you plan to keep this up!
Note to other FoBH fans: on Chrome, you can drag that serendipity button right up onto your bookmarks bar to jump straight to one of these articles whenever you have a few spare minutes.
Lots of creative uses of buttons (and AI!) I tried the Serendipity button twice just to make sure lol. I've enjoyed the Future of Being Human, congrats on the two-year mark!
Ditto @Bill Tolson
Just a thought @Andrew …

Andrew. What do you have to say about this scenario https://ai-2027.com/ and what do I tell my business school students. See https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-924PGYgYek
